Shipping

Once you’ve placed an order on our webshop, we’ll take care of processing it perfectly. Here’s what happens next:


1. You’ll receive an order confirmation from us. In some cases, it may land in your spam folder.


2. We’ll prepare your order and send it to you.


3. You’ll receive a tracking number from the carrier so you can monitor when your order will be delivered.


4. Once you’ve received your package, you can enjoy your purchase.


Shipping Costs

We charge €5 for shipping on every order.


Returns

If you’d like to return something, please keep a few things in mind. Here’s what you need to do:


You can only return your order if you register it for return within 14 days of receipt.


Items you return must be in the same condition as when you received them. Returned items must not be used, washed, or altered. Each returned item will be individually assessed. All tags must still be attached, and packaging material should also be included in the return.

Once we’ve received your package, we’ll process your return. It may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund will be issued via your original payment method, which can take up to 5 business days. We will keep in touch throughout the process and will send you an email once your return has been processed.


For returning items, we charge a fee of €1.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


Step-by-Step Return Instructions


Step 1: Pack your order in a shipping bag or sturdy box.


Don’t forget to include the original packing slip or a copy of it. If you’ve lost the packing slip, include a note with the order number. Without an order number, processing your return may be delayed.


Step 2: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping service point.

You can return your package via DPD, DHL, or POSTNL. The information on your return label is decisive.


You may also use a different shipping service, but the costs for doing so are at your own expense.


Step 3: You will receive proof of shipment.


This proof of shipment will include a barcode and a web address where you can track your package. Keep this safe until we have fully processed your return! You will automatically receive an email once we’ve started processing your return.
